![There isn’t much point to this picture being on here, but I just like it a lot! My friend Jessie who I’ve known since school came to visit! She’s just about one of my favorite people ever! She’s studying in Toulouse and got the interail up to come and see us which was really awesome of her. We took her for a walk on a frozen lake and had a load of snow ball fights and jumping in snow (we haven’t done that in ages, mainly because when you’re surrounded by snow it’s not novelty anymore, and when the temperatures too low you can’t make snowballs!) and had a picnic on the lake. The Finn’s are crazy people! They like to do things like jumping in frozen lakes, so we did too! It’s always -4oC under the ice, which makes it about 16 degrees warm than Finland a lot of the time! We went to a smoke sauna in the middle of nowhere, and had to walk across lots of ice to get to the lake, that was the most painful bit. Jumping into the lake was a shock, but not the worst bit! And on the way back my hair was making cracking noises from freezing so quickly! But when you get back in the sauna and warm up it’s the most amazing feeling!
