Blog of a veggie lady who can't stay in one place for too long, loves to dumpster dive, loves to craft and can rant about feminism for hours! Just little notes and photos from my travels and the qwirky, fun, arty and ridiculous things I've seen! (and things I've found in bins.)

Hi Tumblr folks!
I’m running a competition on my facebook page for all my crafts for people to win an owl (either a cushion, brooch or screen printed bag, completely your choice!).  To win you just have to like my facebook page (click on the picture and a link will appear!) and share the image.  Once I hit 600 likes I’ll pick someone at random to win!

Today I did a looooot of printing.  I was in uni super early and now it’s nearly 11 and I’m in the library and I want to die D:

I started a project before christmas doing an A-Z of Dinosaurs. To keep me a little sane from my university project, I’m going to post up one or two per day until someone cries no more!
PLUG: I am willing to sell them individually if anyone wants them (framed and signed) original or print. Thanks!

So awesome, but I don’t have to buy them - because they are littered around my flat anytime I want to look at ‘em. Advantages of living with an artist.

Littered?! Don’t you mean neatly stacked away :)

Aw thank you!  really appreciate it =]  I’ve been loving your dinosaur prints, they’re gorgeous!  (And the discussions about arty mess/storage!)  And the flowers would be lovely!  I’m sure I can find a use for them =]

Dino silkscreen I did ages ago and forgot about, I miss doing print!

Sadly, I don’t know whose the beautiful jewellery is, and can’t find it in the Degree Show catalogue =/ I’ve been corrected and told it’s Catherine Vernon’s!  http://www.catherinevernon.co.uk/

But the lovely fabric work is by Saarah Mughal.

The video I’ve photoed is an amazing piece by Charlotte Flynn for Alzheimers Awareness.  It was really moving and fantastically done.  It was a stop motion type thing with objects moving about and appearing in the wrong places, I’ve never seen someone on our course do something like it before and it was really inspiring.

I’ve been doing some prints too!  Soon all of these will be made into bags.
